Amedia secures long-term strategic cooperation for distribution of newspapers

The agreement secures transport and distribution of local and regional newspapers to Amedias subscribers throughout Norway. Designed to meet future needs in a rapidly changing media market, the agreement framework gives Amedia the strategic flexibility to adapt its publication schedule and print frequency in line with digital developments and changes in readers' habits.

Amedia was advised by Wikborg Rein on the project, with Alexander Bernhard Wintervold and Sigurd Opedal leading the engagement.
