Founded in 2014, Qondor delivers a comprehensive meetings & events management platform that replaces scattered tools and spreadsheets with one integrated system. The solution covers the entire workflow from initial request to final invoice, enabling professional events teams to work more efficiently and profitably.
In 2025 alone, approximately 44,000 events were delivered through Qondor across more than 15 countries, with customers including Reed & MacKay, Eventity, Berg-Hansen, BCD Meetings & Events and Z Event. More than half of the company's annual recurring revenue now comes from outside Norway, with a quarter generated in the UK.
Monterro is the Nordics' largest hands-on software growth investor, focused on turning Nordic B2B software companies into market leaders. The firm brings strategic and operational expertise with a proven track record of scaling software companies, and is headquartered in Stockholm with offices in Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki, and its own software development centre in Hanoi.
Monterro becomes majority owner whilst Qondor's founders remain significant shareholders and continue in their roles.
