Rejlers acquires Future Technology AS

Future Technology AS is a Norwegian engineering consultancy specialising in electrical engineering, power systems, technical safety, and project management, including risk and health and safety (HSE) services. The company serves clients in the infrastructure, industrial, and energy sectors and has demonstrated solid growth and profitability, generating MNOK 119 in revenue in 2025.
Rejlers is a leading engineering consultancy with operations in Sweden, Finland, Norway and the United Arab Emirates. In 2025, Rejlers had a turnover of BSEK 4.7. Its class B share is listed on Mid Cap, Nasdaq Stockholm. The acquisition will strengthen Rejlers' position in Norway. Following the acquisition, Rejlers Norway now has 265 employees and generates nearly MNOK 500 in revenue (based on 2025 figures).
The transaction was announced on 18 March 2026 and is subject to completion.
