Senior Associate

Fredrik assists Norwegian and international clients with M&A and capital markets transactions such as acquisitions, structured sales processes, private placements, mergers/demergers and public to private transactions. Fredrik has broad transaction experience from various sectors such as technology, energy, aquaculture and infrastructure.

Fredrik also works as a master's thesis supervisor and examiner at the University of Bergen within corporate law topics.

Fredrik has experience from advocacy in Unicef Norway, among other things relating to sustainability. Fredrik holds a Master's degree from the University of Oslo, and wrote his master thesis on legislation and non-discrimination of shareholders relating to companies acquisition of own shares. Fredrik did an exchange semester at the University of Texas School of Law as part of his master's degree, where he attended several business law classes.
