We are pleased to advise OSE-listed Norse Atlantic ASA ("Norse Atlantic") in connection with a successful private placement raising gross proceeds of approximately MNOK 114.

The Norwegian Ministry of Finance has proposed amendments that will allow companies with shares listed on a Norwegian regulated market (Euronext Oslo Børs and Euronext Expand) to communicate electronically with their shareholders. The amendments will among other things mean that such companies as a general rule will no longer be required to send notices of general meetings by regular mail.

Camilla works with legal issues and transactions that have a connection to Norwegian and non-Norwegian capital markets.

Camilla provides advice within general corporate law and financial securities law, and offers continuing counsel with respect to applicable regulations for companies with financial instruments that have been admitted to trading on a regulated market or other trading facility. Camilla also assists with admission to trading and listing of shares and bonds on regulated markets, and has experience with the preparation of prospectus and information documents, as well as with transactions and issues of shares (private placements and initial public offerings) carried out in connection with such admissions.

Camilla has further spent more than one year as attorney at Oslo Børs ASA (the Oslo Stock Exchange), where she worked with mandatory and voluntary take-over bids at the Norwegian take-over authority, in addition to gaining broader regulatory experience at the stock exchange as a market operator.
