More about Ingrid Sævold

Ingrid heads the real estate and construction practice in Bergen and Stavanger. She is specialised in planning and building law, and assists both private and public sector clients with real estate development projects. Her work includes strategic planning and advice in planning and building application processes, development agreements, as well as handling complaints, supervisory matters and other issues related to the development and implementation of building and planning projects. She has more than 16 years’ experience from public administration, consulting and legal practice, including positions with the Planning and Building Agency in Bergen municipality, Sweco and private practice. She has extensive experience as an adviser and responsible applicant, and has developed a solid practical and strategic understanding of how complex matters are best driven forward to permits and other necessary approvals. Ingrid served for six years as a member of the Norwegian Bar Association’s law committee for building and planning law. She also regularly gives lectures and courses on planning and building law and real estate development.
