Julia assists clients in relation to national and international transactions, projects and disputes within both the renewables and petroleum sectors, with a particular focus on onshore and offshore wind, hydropower, electricity, carbon capture and other offshore projects. She regularly advises clients in respect of acquisitions, financing, contract drafting and negotiation as well as regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the firm's practice in Oslo she worked at Wikborg Rein's London office where she specialised in international commercial projects and disputes within energy, shipping, offshore, international trade and ship construction/conversion. 

Julia is dual qualified as a Norwegian lawyer and a Solicitor of England & Wales.
