More about Madeleine

Madeleine is part of the firms M&A practice and works primarily with private M&A and corporate law, advising Norwegian and international clients on transactions such as acquisitions, structured sales processes, mergers/demergers and equity investments. Madeleine holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo, with specialisation within company law and sustainable finance. She has also spent six months as an International Visiting Associate with Latham & Watkins LLP in London, where she from September 2025 to February 2026 advised international clients on both private M&A and capital market transactions.
