Marthe works in the firms financial regulatory team. She advises both Norwegian and foreign asset managers, financial institutions and their shareholders regarding their regulatory framework, ongoing operations, product development and application processes, as well as transactions involving regulated entities. Among other things, she assists with marketing applications, licensing applications, and the development of operational guidelines for the businesses.

In addition, Marthe assists the team's capital management group in the establishment of various fund and investment structures. The assistance includes advising on regulatory matters and drafting agreements and other legal documents required to establish funds and make investments. Additionally, Marthe has experience from a secondment in the department for Personal Banking Legal Norway in Nordea Bank Abp. and experience as a legal counsel for the financing company Nordea Finans Norge AS.
