Poria works in our Financial Regulatory team. He advises asset managers, regulated entities and financial institutions on application processes, regulatory frameworks and other financial regulatory matters. Poria wrote his master's thesis on the definition of alternative investment funds under the Norwegian AIF Act and has in-depth knowledge of fund-related application processes and regulatory matters. Poria also advises Norwegian artists and companies in the music and entertainment industry, with a particular focus on contracts and negotiation as well as master catalogue transactions.
