During his career within the capital market, Simen has been involved in various stages, including the listing process, the issuance of new shares during a capital raise, and has advised on the stringent requirements of being listed on the stock exchange. His corporate governance experience also enables him to advise clients on best practices, transparency, accountability, and the fiduciary responsibilities of the board of directors.
