She has a particular focus on leveraged acquisition financings and the high-yield bond segment. Stine often advises on complex, multi-layered debt structures and has significant experience with super senior debt arrangements. She regularly works on cross-border matters across a broad range of sectors – including private equity, technology, energy and commercial real estate. She has also developed a strong track record in sustainability-linked financings. Her practice covers all legal aspects of financing transactions, including general contract law, company law and security law.
