Terje works mainly with tax- and corporate law, and he has previously worked with the tax authorities. 

Terje has extensive experience from all areas of taxes and duties, including VAT, property tax, customs and special duties. He assists businesses and individuals with advice in connection with transactions in Norway and abroad and general tax advice. The assistance also includes rulings, complaints and court cases. 

Terje has a special interest in- and long experience from international tax law for businesses and individuals. This includes assessment of international corporate structures, cross border transactions, permanent establishments and tax related matters for individuals working and living abroad.

He also has experience from maritime law and marine insurance. This background gives, together with good knowledge about tonnage tax, a good basis for understanding and assisting the firm's shipping clients.
