Managing Associate

Alexander is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal advice and support to Norwegian and international clients across a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, structured sales processes, mergers and demergers, reorganisations and equity investments.

He works closely with clients to identify and mitigate risks, draft and negotiate agreements, and manages the transaction process from start to finish. He also handles clients' needs within day-to-day business law and commercial contracts, and has particular experience with carve-outs of business areas, outsourcing, intragroup agreements, operational agreements and transitional services agreements. 

Alexander holds a degree in law from the University of Oslo, where he was also a scientific research assistant at the Scandinavian Institute for Maritime Law, department of petroleum and energy law.
